Экспериментальный советский высокопольный троллейбус средней вместимости для внутригородских пассажирских перевозок на базе троллейбуса ЗиУ-9, укороченного на одну оконную секцию. Проходил испытания в Энгельсе. Находился в эксплуатации в Волгограде взамен сгоревшего в депо 4001.

An experimental Soviet medium-capacity high-floor trolleybus for intercity passenger transportation based on the ZiU-9 trolleybus, shortened by one window section. He was tested at Engels. It was in operation in Volgograd to replace the burned-out depot 4001.
